Let’s begin.It starts here.

Here is what to have ready before you apply to Huda Academy, and how the school office takes your application from there.

Step by step

How an application moves from start to finish.

Applying to Huda Academy happens in three steps: register online, submit the paperwork, and meet the Office Administrator. Here is what each step involves, and what to have ready, so you can move through them without surprises.

1. Register online

Registration is the start of your child’s application. You will give your family’s details and the grade your child is joining, for the school year ahead. New families can register from March, and returning families from January. Register by May 31 to receive the discounted rate.

2. Submit the enrollment paperwork

After you register, the school office asks for your child’s enrollment paperwork. It helps to gather it before you start, so the application does not stall while you look for a document. If you are unsure whether you have everything, call the office and they will go through the list with you.

3. The enrollment appointment

The final step is an enrollment appointment with the school’s Office Administrator. It is a meeting in person, and it is where your child’s enrollment is completed. Use it to ask anything you still want to know: about the school day, the curriculum, tuition and the Arkansas voucher, or what your child’s first weeks will look like.

To book your appointment, call the school on 501-565-3555.

Before you start

Dates, costs and the full-time rule, in brief.

A few things are worth knowing before you register: when enrollment opens, what a year costs, and how the school day works. Each has its own page with the full detail.

Dates

Enrollment opens in January for returning families and in March for new ones. Families who register by May 31 receive the discounted rate.

What a year costs

Tuition is $9,500 for Kindergarten to Grade 9 and $8,500 for PreK, each paid in ten monthly payments. For Kindergarten to Grade 9, the Arkansas voucher pays $7,208Needs fixing, which leaves the family $2,292Needs fixing for the year. The voucher money has to come through ClassWallet; if it does not, the family owes the full tuition. The Tuition page explains this in full, and the Financial Aid page explains how the school helps families case by case.

Full-time only

Every place is full-time; the school does not offer part-time enrollment. The day runs from 8:00 to 3:25, and from Kindergarten to Grade 9 state law requires children to attend the whole day. Families of preschool children may pick them up early.

Questions first?

If something here raises a question, call the office on 501-565-3555 before you register. It is easier to settle it at the start than halfway through the paperwork.
